Juicy, hearty, simply irresistible. The all-rounders are an absolute market novelty and can be used in the kitchen just like real beef chunks. The possible uses are therefore absolutely familiar and versatile.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Beef Chunks

Potatoes

orange peppers

red peppers
1 can
chopped tomatoes
2 TSP
Olive oil

Onion

Garlic cloves

Marjoram leaves
1 TSP
Caraway seeds
2 TSP
Paprika powder
300 ml
Water

vegan soup cubes

Pepper

Salt
This is how it’s done:
1.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the plant-based beef chunks on all sides for approx. 5 minutes. Remove the chunks and set aside.
2.
Cut the onions into strips and finely chop the garlic. Then sauté the onions and garlic in the same pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the paprika powder, paprika puree and bouillon cubes and then add 300 ml water.
3.
Cut the vegetables into approx. 3 cm cubes or slices. Once the stock is boiling, add the potatoes, peppers and chopped tomatoes. Simmer the vegetables for approx. 30 minutes.
4.
After approx. 30 minutes, add the chunks again for approx. 5 minutes and braise together with the vegetables.
