Juicy, hearty, simply irresistible. The all-rounders are an absolute market novelty and can be used in the kitchen just like real beef chunks. The possible uses are therefore absolutely familiar and versatile.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Beef Chunks
320 g
Jasmine rice
200 g
Red and yellow peppers
150 g
Bush beans
80 g
Onions
2 pcs.
Spring onions
80 ml
Light soy sauce
40 ml
Sesame oil
20 ml
Rice vinegar
5 g
Corn starch
5 g
Garlic
4 g
Black pepper
Some
Peanut oil
Some
fresh coriander
Some
Palm sugar
Some
Salt
This is how it’s done:
1.
Mix the plant-based beef chunks with the soy sauce, rice vinegar, corn starch and black pepper and leave to infuse for at least an hour.

Wash the rice well and then simmer gently with approx. 380 ml water over a low heat until there is no more water in the pan.

Then fry the onions with the garlic in a little peanut oil, add the bush beans and peppers and toss briefly.

Then add the marinated plant-based beef chunks, toss well and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Finally, refine with chopped spring onions and season with salt and a little palm sugar.
4.
To serve, arrange the Black Pepper Beef in small pans or deep plates, garnish with freshly plucked coriander and serve with cooked jasmine rice.
Tip – For even more flavor, refine the black pepper beef with freshly grated ginger and a little lime juice and glaze with vegan oyster sauce.
