Delicate texture, aromatic seasoning, harmonious roasted aromas, rich proteins … what more could you want?
Where can you find something like that?PREPARATION
GRILL 7-10 MIN.
First grill on both sides over direct heat for approx. 3 min.
then grill over indirect heat for approx. 4 min.
cook for a further 4 mins.
Tip: If you like it medium, grill for a total of 7 mins, if you prefer your medallion well-done, grill for 10 mins.
PAN 11 MIN.
Fry on both sides with a little oil over a medium heat. Turn several times in between.
