We proudly present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland – our “The Green Mountain” burger. For all those who want enjoyment, but no meat! The Green Mountain burger looks and tastes like meat. Only without meat. And it’s different. The plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and is high in protein and vitamin B12.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN Burger

Ingredients

1 pck.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Burger Patties

Black burger buns finely toasted in the oven or toaster

8 TBSP.

BBQ sauce

Cheddar cheese slices (or vegan alternative)

1/2

Wash the peppers, cut into strips and grill with a little oil

1/2

Wash and slice the zucchinis and grill with a little oil

This is how it’s done:

1.

Brush the underside of the bun with 2 tablespoons of sauce.

2.

Top the patty with melted cheese.

3.

Season the grilled vegetables with salt and pepper and arrange loosely.

4.

Spread the top of the bun with 2 tablespoons of sauce and cover.
