Our plant-based burger
We proudly present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland – our “The Green Mountain” burger. For all those who want enjoyment, but no meat! The Green Mountain burger looks and tastes like meat. Only without meat. And it’s different. The plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and is high in protein and vitamin B12.

Ingredients

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Burger Patties
2
Protein bread rolls, finely toasted in the oven or toaster
4 TBSP.
Guacamole
1
Tomato, sliced
1
red onion, cut into rings
4 TBSP.
Cream cheese (or vegan alternative)
1/4
Cucumber, sliced
2 TBS
Cress
A little
Baby spinach
This is how it’s done:
1.
Spread 2 tbsp guacamole on the underside of the bread roll.
2.
Top with spinach, tomato and onions.
3.
Place the patty on top.
4.
Spread with 2 tablespoons of vegan cream cheese.
5.
Place cucumber slices and cress loosely on top.
6.
Cover the top of the bun.
