Juicy, hearty, simply irresistible. The all-rounders are an absolute market novelty and can be used in the kitchen just like real beef chunks. The possible uses are therefore absolutely familiar and versatile.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Beef Chunks
800 g
Spaetzle (vegan)

Onion

Broccoli
2
Paprika
200 g
Sour cream
100 g
Mushroom
50 g
Almonds peeled, slivered
25 g
Gherkins
2 TBS
Olive oil
2 TSP
Paprika powder
1 TSP
Paprika puree
300 ml
Water
Some
Pepper
Some
Salt
This is how it’s done:
1.
To make the Stroganov sauce, sauté the onions and bell pepper strips in a pan. Add the paprika powder and paprika puree and then top up with 300 ml water.
2.
Add salt and pepper and simmer for approx. 5-10 minutes. Cut the gherkins into small strips and add to the sauce.
3.
Pluck the broccoli into small pieces and cook in a pan of salted water until al dente.
4.
Fry the plant-based beef chunks in a pan with a little oil until they have a nice color.
5.
Heat the vegan dumplings in a pan with vegetable oil and then serve with the beef chunks and broccoli. Then serve everything with the sauce and vegan crème fraîche.
