For the chunk filling:

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Paprika Chunks
2 TSP
smoked paprika powder
2 TBSP
tomato paste
200 ml
vegan cream
2
pointed peppers

cherry tomatoes
pinch of salt, pepper and chili flakes (to taste)
For the guacamole:

avocados
juice of half a lemon
handful of fresh coriander, chopped
pinch of salt, pepper and a pinch of garlic powder or fresh garlic
Other ingredients:

100 g
vegan grated cheese
200 g
rice
This is how it’s done:
1.
Mash all the ingredients for the guacamole with a fork until you get a creamy guacamole.
2.
Cook the rice.
3.
For the pepper chunk filling, fry the peppers, onions and chunks. Stir in tomato paste, paprika powder and vegan cream, then add cherry tomatoes and let everything simmer for 10 minutes, season.
4.
Top the wraps: grated cheese (small wrap), guacamole, portion of rice, paprika chunk mixture, toppings.
5.
Roll up the burritos and fry on both sides.
