Pretzel rolls with meatloaf

Our plant-based meatloaf slices.

So that you don’t have to wait so long to enjoy your meatloaf, our plant-based meatloaf is now also available pre-baked and pre-sliced in 100g slices. So you can decide for yourself whether you want to eat them cold in a snack, fry the slices briefly in a pan beforehand (highly recommended), or finely dice them and serve them as a salad. Whether cold or warm, whole or chopped, the main thing is: zero meat, Ächt Gnuss!

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Filet Meatloaf Slices

pretzel rolls

2 tsp.

vegetable oil

1 tbsp.

mayonnaise (or vegan alternative)

1 tsp.

coarse Dijon mustard

A little

lemon juice

lettuce leaves

2

gherkins cut into slices

1 small

red onion cut into rings

1 tbsp.

ketchup

A little

ground black pepper

This is how it’s done:

1.

Prepare the meatloaf according to the packet instructions, remove from the oven, cool and cut into slices.

2.

Cut the Pretzel rolls in half crosswise and toast.

3.

Fry the slices of meatloaf in the oil for 2 minutes on each side until crispy.

4.

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and lemon juice.

5.

Fill the Pretzel rolls with lettuce, meatloaf, gherkins and onions.

6.

Serve with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and pepper to taste.
