Plant-based kebab in flatbread

Whether served in a classic flatbread, wrapped in yufka or tastily tuned in our vegan kebab box – it not only looks like a kebab, it tastes just as good too.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Paprika Chunks

small flatbreads
350 g
red cabbage
100 g
iceberg lettuce
200 g
tomato
150 g
cucumber
75 g
red onion
40 ml
olive oil
40 ml
maple syrup
1/2
an organic lemon
5 g
fresh parsley
oil, salt and pepper
This is how it’s done:
1.
To make the garlic sauce, finely chop or crush the garlic cloves and mix with the yoghurt. Add a little lemon zest and juice, then season well with salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the finely chopped herbs.

To make the red cabbage salad, season the red cabbage with salt, mix well with the olive oil, maple syrup and lemon juice, and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Fry the plant-based kebabs in a little vegetable oil and bake the small flatbreads in the oven.

To serve, cut open the flatbreads and spread with the garlic sauce. Top with the lettuce, warm plant-based kebabs, red cabbage salad, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions and some freshly plucked parsley as desired.
