Plant-Based Hotdog
Our plant-based bratwurst.
Our bratwurst is just as crispy as the original. The sausage for anyone who doesn’t want to compromise on taste, even with a clear conscience. Rich in fiber and vitamin B12, we do not use genetic engineering, added sugar, palm oil or flavor enhancers.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN sausage

elongated loaves

Leaf salads
2 TBSP.
Raw sugar

Bay leaf
1 TBSP.
Yellow mustard seeds

Carnations
1/2 dl
white balsamic vinegar
1 dl
Water
1/2
Cucumber
1
red onion
2 TBSP.
Crème fraîche
Some
fresh herbs
1 TBSP.
Mustard
1 TBSP.
Honey
Some
Fried onions
This is how it’s done:
1.
Bring the raw sugar, spices, vinegar and water to the boil briefly.
2.
Quarter the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into slices.
3.
Peel and halve the onion and cut into strips.
4.
Add the cucumber and onions to the stock, bring to the boil briefly and set aside.
5.
Finely chop the herbs, mix into the crème fraîche and season to taste.
6.
Mix with honey and mustard.
7.
Slice the bread, fill with salad and the sauce.
8.
Fry the sausage on all sides and also place in the bread.
9.
Serve the pickled vegetables on the hotdog and add some more sauce.
10.
Garnish with fried onions and serve.
