Colorful peppers

red onion
60 g
vegan cheese

Chives
120 ml
Sunflower oil
80 ml
Vegetable broth
40 ml
Lemon juice
25 ml
Mustard

Chopped garlic clove

Paprika powder

This is how it’s done:
1.
For the dressing, emulsify the lemon juice together with the mustard, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, chili, oil and vegetable stock in a tall container using a hand blender. Then add the chives.

Finely slice the peppers and onions. Marinate the sliced peppers with a third of the dressing and set aside.
3.
Fry the onion strips in oil and season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Then fry the beef chunks in oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Melt the vegan cheese over the chunks in the pan.
4.
When all the ingredients are ready, arrange everything in a bowl and pour the rest of the dressing over it. Top with the remaining chives and serve.
