Ingredients

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Chicken Chunks
150 g
cooked green beans
3
Finely slice the carrots
2
red onion cut into 3 mm slices
3 TBSP.
Peanut oil
1/2 TSP
Paprika powder & a little smoked paprika powder
1/2 TSP
Cumin
1 toe
Garlic
1 pinch
Chili powder
1 pinch
Oregano
Some
plucked green coriander
Some
plucked parsley
Some
Zest of half a lemon
Some
Salt, pepper
This is how it’s done:
1.
Mix the ingredients for the marinade and leave the chunks to marinate in it for half an hour.
2.
Heat some peanut oil in a pan, fry the chunks and red onion until lightly browned, add the carrots and beans and fry briefly.
3.
Season with salt and pepper and finally mix in the herbs… Done! If you like it spicier… chili!
Tip: Other vegetables such as red kidney beans, red peppers or sweetcorn can of course also be used.
