We proudly present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland – our THE GREEN MOUNATIN Plant-based burger. For all those who want enjoyment, but no meat! THE GREEN MOUNTAIN burger looks and tastes like meat. Only without meat. And it’s different. The Plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and is high in protein.
Where can you find something like that?
PREPARATION
GRILL (depending on type) 7–13 MIN.
Grill over low to medium heat. Turn several times during grilling.
PAN 9-10 MIN.
Fry with a little oil over medium heat. Turn several times during cooking.
OVEN 175°C 11 MIN.
Turn once halfway through the cooking time.
