We proudly present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland – our “The Green Mountain” burger. For all those who want enjoyment, but no meat! The Green Mountain burger looks and tastes like meat. Only without meat. And it’s different. The plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and is high in protein and vitamin B12.
Where can you find something like that?PREPARATION
Heat the vegetable oil over a medium heat. Add the mince, chop and fry until golden brown. Turn occasionally.
Of course, you can refine and season our mince as you wish to conjure up your favorite dish.
