1. SCOPE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data received as part of the “Summer Tavolata” competition will be processed to determine and carry out the competition in accordance with the regulations applicable to the processing; depending on the country of participation, these are the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and/or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (235.1) (“FADP”).

The following participant data will be requested:
Surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, place of participation, photos & videos if applicable (“personal data concerned”).

2. DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING

In the period between April 14 and June 22, 2025, a competition will be held under the name “Summer Tavolata”, which relates to the products of Hilcona Aktiengesellschaft.
Products with a specific promotional code will be offered for sale in the participating stores during the above period. Persons who decide to participate must submit the promotional code together with the personal data concerned via an entry form on www.thegreenmountain.ch/gewinnspiel or www.thegreenmountain.ch/fr/concours.

Please also note the privacy policy of the website on which the participation form is located; this regulates the general data protection of the website.

The provision of the personal data concerned is voluntary for the purpose of participating in the competition. There is no legal obligation and no connection with the conclusion of a contract. Non-provision (or withdrawal of consent to data processing) will only result in non-participation/exclusion from the competition.

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data concerned is collected for the purpose of conducting the “Summer Tavolata” competition, determining the winner(s) and communicating and processing the awarding of prizes. The personal data concerned will be processed for the purpose of conducting the competition, including the presentation of the competition, the winners and the prizes after the end of the competition on one or more Bell Food Group websites, in social media or other online or offline communications by the controller and its processors.

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

In addition, photos, videos, first name and surname of the winner, as well as details of the country and location may be published on one or more Bell Food Group websites, in social media or other online or offline communications and thus made freely accessible to an unknown group of people.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purpose of this website, our data processing is based on the following legal bases:

The legal basis for processing the data collected is the consent of the data subject within the meaning of Art. 31 para. 1 FADP or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

THE DATA SUBJECT MAY WITHDRAW THEIR CONSENT FOR THE FUTURE AT ANY TIME BY SIMPLY NOTIFYING THE CONTROLLER BY E-MAIL, TELEPHONE OR VERBALLY. IF CONSENT IS WITHDRAWN BEFORE THE END OF THE COMPETITION (HANDOVER OF THE PRIZES), PARTICIPATION AND THEREFORE THE CHANCE OF WINNING IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE. ANY PROCESSING CARRIED OUT BEFORE THE REVOCATION REMAINS EFFECTIVE.

6. DURATION OF STORAGE

The winner’s data will be stored for a period of two years from the date of claiming/handing over the prize. Data of participants who have not won will be deleted or destroyed after the prize has been handed over to the winner. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

THE PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT IN THE EVENT OF A WIN AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE WINNER IN SOCIAL MEDIA OR OTHERWISE ONLINE, A COMPLETE REMOVAL/DELETION OF PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND/OR TEXTS IS GENERALLY NOT POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE ARE NUMEROUS ARCHIVING SYSTEMS THAT CANNOT BE CONTROLLED BY HILCONA.

7. POSSIBILITY OF OBJECTION AND REMOVAL

Participants can revoke their consent to the processing of data at any time with effect for the future and are entitled to request information, correction, deletion, restriction of the processing of the data and to lodge an objection or complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the market within the framework of the statutory regulations.

8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject has the following rights under any conditions specified in the law and to the extent provided for by law
