For all those who want enjoyment, but no meat! THE GREEN MOUNTAIN summer burger looks and tastes like meat. Only without meat. And it’s different. The plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and is high in protein and vitamin B12.

Ingredients

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN Burger

Burger buns
2
Meat tomatoes
1
Avocado
2
red onions
A little
Salad
2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp.
ketchup
1 tsp.
Mustard
1 tbsp.
sugar
250ml
Apple cider vinegar
A little
Mustard seeds, caraway and aniseed
A little
fresh dill
This is how it’s done:
1.
Pickles: Heat 1 glass of water and 1 glass of vinegar. Cut the red onions into strips, pour into jars
Add the mustard seeds, caraway seeds, aniseed and dill. Then add salt and sugar to the hot liquid and pour over the onions.

Sauce: Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, cider vinegar and chopped pickles and season with paprika and salt.
3.
Burger: Grill The Green Mountain Burger patty and toast the buns. Then cover the bottom half with sauce, avocado, lettuce, tomato & pickles, top with patty, sauce, lettuce, tomato & pickles again – cover and you’re done!
