We proudly present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland – our “The Green Mountain” burger. For all those who want enjoyment, but no meat! The Green Mountain burger looks and tastes like meat. Only without meat. And it’s different. The plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and is high in protein and vitamin B12.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN Burger

Ingredients

1 pck.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Burger Patties

2

Bread rolls/ rolls (Bürli) finely toasted in the oven or on the toaster

8 TBSP.

BBQ sauce

4

Raclette cheese slices (or vegan alternative) & raclette seasoning

Gherkin slices

1 small

red onion, cut into rings

This is how it’s done:

1.

Spread the underside of the rolls with 2 tbsp sauce.

2.

Top the patty with melted cheese and sprinkle with a little raclette seasoning.

3.

Drape 2 gherkins.

4.

Top with 4 rings of onions.

5.

Spread the top of the roll with 2 tbsp of sauce and cover.
