Our Plant-Based Beef Chunks
Juicy, hearty, simply irresistible. The all-rounders are an absolute market novelty and can be used in the kitchen just like real beef chunks. The possible uses are therefore absolutely familiar and versatile.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Beef Chunks
320 g
Jasmine rice
160 g
red pointed peppers
50 g
red onion

Garlic cloves
120 g
Sugar snap peas
200 ml
Teriyaki sauce
1
Lime (juice and zest)
Some
Salt and pepper
Some
Sesame seeds
Some
Coriander
Optional
Chilli pepper
This is how it’s done:
1.
Wash the rice well and then simmer gently with approx. 350 ml water over a low heat until there is no more water in the pot.
2.
Sauté the plant-based beef chunks in a little vegetable oil, add the red pointed bell pepper, red onion strips and garlic and fry.
3.
Then add the sugar snaps and deglaze with the teriyaki sauce.
4.
Bring everything to the boil briefly, add a little lime zest and a squeeze of lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Serve the beef chunks together with the rice in a deep plate. Garnish with chili pepper, sesame seeds and freshly plucked coriander as desired.
Tip: Refine the dish with freshly grated ginger.
