We proudly present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland – our “The Green Mountain” burger. For all those who want enjoyment, but no meat! The Green Mountain burger looks and tastes like meat. Only without meat. And it’s different. The plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and is high in protein and vitamin B12.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN Burger

Ingredients

1 pck.

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN-Plant-Based Burger Patties

2

Burger buns finely toasted in the oven or on the toaster

8 TBSP.

Hot chili sauce

4 TBSP.

Sour cream (or vegan alternative)

2

green jalapenos, washed and sliced (if you like it particularly spicy, use the seeds too)

1/4

small red cabbage, washed and cut into fine strips

This is how it’s done:

1.

Brush the underside of the bun with 2 tablespoons of sauce.

2.

Place the patty on top.

3.

Spread with 2 tablespoons of sour cream.

4.

Place the jalapenos and red cabbage on top.

5.

Spread the top of the bun with 2 tablespoons of sauce and cover.
