Whether served in a classic flatbread, wrapped in yufka or tastily tuned in our vegan kebab box – it not only looks like a kebab, it tastes just as good too.

100% Swiss
Our new Swiss kebab is made from 100% natural ingredients produced exclusively in Switzerland. It is particularly important to us to ensure full traceability of the entire value chain from start to finish in Switzerland. We want to work with our customers to make a difference.
The new Swiss kebab marks a decisive step forwards in our mission to produce high-quality food in a sustainable way and to operate 100% regionally.
Raw materials such as soya, wheat and pea proteins – the basis for plant-based meat imitations – are rarely grown and processed in Switzerland and therefore have to be imported. The cultivation of protein peas is well established in Switzerland, and the country has all the necessary expertise and infrastructure. However, the main purpose of cultivating protein peas is still currently on providing animal feed. If there are enough projects such as the plant-based kebab from THE GREEN MOUNTAIN, more attention can be paid to producing food from regional protein peas, and the sales channel for local farmers can be made more attractive.
