Meatballs with ajvaR

A true all-rounder – our THE GREEN MOUNTAIN minced meat! Easily transform your favorite dishes into meatless delicacies. Good for you and good for the environment, because our minced meat has a high protein content and is rich in fiber and vitamin B12. Of course, our minced meat is also developed and produced in Switzerland!

Ingredients

THE GREEN MOUNTAIN minced meat
Some
Salt, ground black pepper
5 TBSP.
Ajvar

Eggs (or vegan alternative)
3
Parsley, coarsely plucked
40 g
Butter (or vegan alternative)
2
tred onions, cut into fine rings
1
Head of lettuce, e.g. Lollo Bionda
2 tb
White wine vinegar
1 TBSP.
Apricot jam
4 TBSP.
Olive oil
This is how it’s done:
1.
Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of ajvar, carefully mix in the eggs and parsley.
2.
Shape the meatballs as desired and fry them in the hot butter for 8-10 minutes, turning often.
3.
Add the onions to the pan for the last 3 minutes and fry until translucent.
4.
Wash the lettuce thoroughly and spin dry.
5.
For the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar with the salt, pepper, jam and olive oil.
6.
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and serve with the Hacktätschli.
7.
Serve with the remaining ajvar.
