   <p class=\"has-text-align-left rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item-text\">Laver les betteraves, les \u00e9plucher, puis les couper en rondelles d\u2019env. 5\u202fmm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur ou les r\u00e2per \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une mandoline. <\/p>\n                                 <\/div>\n casserole avec le vinaigre, les graines de moutarde et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Porter le liquide \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter la betterave coup\u00e9e, porter bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9server. Laisser refroidir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 utilisation.<\/p>\n                                 <\/div>\n                                                                                                                    <div class=\"wp-block-group rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item-number\"><strong>3.<\/strong><\/p>\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item-text\">\u00c9plucher les oignons et les couper en rondelles. Faire chauffer un peu d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter les rondelles d\u2019oignon, les saupoudrer d\u2019une pinc\u00e9e de sel et les laisser mijoter doucement \u00e0 feu doux pendant env. 15\u202fminutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient color\u00e9es. Les saupoudrer ensuite avec le sucre et laisser caram\u00e9liser doucement. Assaisonner les oignons avec un peu de poivre, les r\u00e9partir sur une assiette et les laisser refroidir. Placer deux SMASH par po\u00eale et les \u00e9craser \u00e0 l\u2019aide du pressoir pour burger ou d\u2019une large spatule. Si vous n\u2019avez pas ces deux ustensiles sous la main, le fond d\u2019une petite casserole fera \u00e9galement l\u2019affaire. Faire revenir les SMASH \u00e0 feu vif et les retourner. Recouvrir ensuite chaque face d\u00e9j\u00e0 dor\u00e9e d\u2019une tranche de fromage v\u00e9gane, puis bien faire dorer l\u2019autre face.\u00a0<\/p>\n                                 <\/div>\n                                                                                                                    <div class=\"wp-block-group rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item-number\"><strong>6.<\/strong><\/p>\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Tartiner la face inf\u00e9rieure des petits pains avec la mayonnaise \u00e0 la moutarde et y r\u00e9partir les oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s. Placer deux SMASH empil\u00e9s dessus. Garnir de\u202f3 \u00e0 4\u202ftranches de betteraves marin\u00e9es, selon les go\u00fbts. Pour la sauce, il suffit de hacher tr\u00e8s finement les herbes de votre choix (p.\u202fex. persil, cerfeuil, ciboulette, oseille) et de les m\u00e9langer avec un peu de mayonnaise et de fromage blanc.
