Mixez ensuite les \u00e9pinards blanchis avec le reste du lait et incorporez-les \u00e0 la p\u00e2te \u2013 vous devez obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes vert clair. Enroulez bien le filet dans la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e \u2013 badigeonnez les bords de la p\u00e2te avec un m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et de curcuma et fermez bien. D\u00e9posez le filet emball\u00e9, fermeture vers le bas, sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 \u2013 d\u00e9coupez des bandes ou des formes quelconques dans les \u00e9ventuels restes
