Hacher finement le persil et les pignons de pin. \u00c9mietter tr\u00e8s finement le pain de seigle noir. Dans un petit saladier, m\u00e9langer les pignons, le pain noir, la farine, une grande partie du persil, \u00bc de la moutarde et \u00bc du miel, du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n                                 <\/div>\n                                                                                                                    <div class=\"wp-block-group rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item-number\"><strong>2.<\/strong><\/p>\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item-text\">\u00c9p\u00e9piner la pomme et la couper en tranches d\u2019environ 1 cm. Peler l\u2019oignon et le couper en tranches d\u2019environ 1 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Couper les choux de Bruxelles en deux. \u00c9plucher les carottes et le panais et les couper en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e. D\u00e9poser le tout sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Arroser d\u2019un peu d\u2019huile, saler, poivrer et m\u00e9langer. Cuire au four pendant env. 25 min, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient dor\u00e9s et suffisamment tendres. Ajouter les filets THE GREEN MOUNTAIN Plant-based Filet Marinated et faire dorer d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes. Couvrir ensuite le c\u00f4t\u00e9 non frit avec le m\u00e9lange de pain noir, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que la surface soit bien recouverte. Ajouter les filets aux l\u00e9gumes sur la plaque de cuisson et faire cuire pendant les 15 derni\u00e8res minutes env., jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cro\u00fbte soit croustillante.<\/p>\n                                 <\/div>\n                                                                                                                    <div class=\"wp-block-group rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left rezepte-so-wird-gewacht-item-number\"><strong>4.<\/strong><\/p>\n                                     <p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age. M\u00e9langer les restes de miel et de moutarde, le reste du persil et l\u2019eau dans un petit bol et assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre. Dresser le filet et les l\u00e9gumes et garnir de gla\u00e7age au miel et \u00e0 la moutarde et, selon les go\u00fbts, de plus de persil.<\/p>\n                                 <\/div>\n
