Placez une pomme de terre sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper et positionnez des baguettes parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 sa longueur. Coupez la pomme de terre en tranches d&rsquo;environ \u00bd cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, en vous arr\u00eatant aux baguettes pour \u00e9viter de la couper enti\u00e8rement. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019op\u00e9ration avec toutes les pommes de terre et disposez-les dans un plat allant au four. Arrosez d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, saupoudrez de sel et ins\u00e9rez des branches de romarin entre les tranches. Ajoutez les oignons et saupoudrez de sucre. M\u00e9langez bien et laissez caram\u00e9liser pendant 2\u20133 minutes. Ajoutez les champignons, le sel, le poivre et le romarin. Dans une autre po\u00eale, faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile de cuisson. Faites cuire le Cordon Bleu \u00e0 feu moyen-vif pendant 10 minutes, en le retournant toutes les quelques minutes pour une cuisson homog\u00e8ne. Servez les pommes de terre Hasselback, les champignons cr\u00e9meux et le Cordon Bleu.
