100% from switzerland<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our Swiss Chunks are made from 100% natural ingredients grown exclusively in Switzerland. It is very important to us that we can run through the value chain in Switzerland right from the start. Together with our customers, we want to make the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Swiss Chunks mark a decisive step in our mission to produce high-quality food in a sustainable way while operating 100% regionally.
Raw materials such as soya, wheat and pea proteins – the basis for plant-based meat imitations – are rarely grown and processed in Switzerland and therefore have to be imported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cultivation of protein peas is established in Switzerland and both expertise and infrastructure are available. However, the focus for protein peas is currently still on cultivation for animal feed. With sufficient projects such as the plant-based chunks from THE GREEN MOUNTAIN, more attention can be paid to food production with regional protein peas and the sales channel for farmers from the surrounding area can be made attractive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
